Terms of business
Last updated 6 October 2026. A plain-English summary of how we work with clients. The proposal you sign sets out the scope and price for your account and takes priority over this summary where they differ.
1. Who we are
B2B SEO Services is a trading name of Muhammad Salman, a sole trader. We provide search engine optimisation services to businesses only, not to consumers.
2. Services and scope
The services, deliverables and monthly fee are set out in a written proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only starts with your written agreement.
3. Term and notice
Retainers run month to month with no minimum term. Either party may end the agreement at any time by giving 30 days' written notice by email. Work and fees continue during the notice period.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in pounds sterling and invoiced monthly in advance, payable within 14 days. There is no setup fee. One-off services are invoiced as stated in the proposal. Third-party costs you ask us to incur are agreed in advance and charged at cost.
5. No guarantee of results
Search engines determine rankings and we do not control them. We do not guarantee any position, level of traffic, number of leads or amount of revenue. We commit to carrying out the agreed work with reasonable skill and care and to reporting honestly on the results.
6. Your responsibilities
You give us the access we need (website, analytics, Search Console and, where agreed, CRM), respond to requests for review within a reasonable time, and remain responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of what is published on your site, including any regulatory approvals your sector requires.
7. Ownership
Once paid for, the content, documents and reports we produce for you are yours. Accounts are set up in your name wherever possible, and access is handed over in full if the agreement ends.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and do not name you as a client, use your logo or publish results without your written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability under an agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the six months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for changes made by search engines or third parties.
10. Governing law
Agreements with clients are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
11. Website use
The information on this website is general and is not advice on your specific situation. Third-party names and trade marks are used only to identify those companies. See also the privacy policy.
